At Joseph, we design, build, sell and service advanced automated equipment that help customers who process lineal material reduce labor, increase production and improve quality. Family owned and relentlessly focused on helping our customers succeed, JMC provides a dynamic work environment where each team member can make an impact and grow personally and professionally. Our culture is our most prized possession and we are always on the hunt for passionate thinkers and doers who would fit in on our team. If you don’t see a position below that is a fit, reach out.
We are looking for people who care. People for whom a job is more than just a place to go during the day. People who are comfortable solving problems, thinking critically and working with their peers to not just get the job done, but do the best job possible.
We have very little team member turnover. This is because we prioritize building a great culture above all else. We strive to offer people enough challenges and opportunity that they never want to leave.
Our business is hard. We take on problems other companies would not even attempt. We are successful because we are willing to do what others cannot. Our team enjoys being the best at what they do and doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful.
For most roles at Joseph, an understanding of electro mechanical systems is a plus. We are a technical business, from the front office to the shop floor. Almost every role has some travel and the work can be physical at times.
We pay above market wages, have an excellent profit sharing and bonus plan and treat our team like family. If this sounds like a place you might fit, send us a letter on why you would like to work with us along with your resume. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
