Joseph Machine is the world’s expert in multi-track extrusion processing systems. Our multi-track technologies allow multiple extrusions — or “sticks” — to be loaded, processed, and unloaded in parallel, dramatically increasing throughput without increasing the machine footprint.
How It Works
Through a combination of advanced tooling, track synchronization, and custom pusher systems, each track operates independently or in coordination. Operators can load multiple sticks of the same or different profiles, and the system handles cut, mill, notch, or punch operations across all tracks.
