SC 90

The SC-90 is an automated straight-cut saw, with optional servo-controlled in-feed. The SC-90 PLUS is a larger format of the same saw accepting blades up to 34”. The material is cut to length based on cut files that are manually entered, loaded by USB jump drives, or downloaded via an available network connection. Saw blade diameters are offered up to 36”. Custom fixtures for multi-track processing are available.

  • Estimated Machine Cycle time: 8-12 seconds per cycle
  • Ergonomic working height, fine adjustments made via leveling feet
  • Heavy duty powder coated steel frame
  • Removable chip tray with vacuum port
  • 1/2” Filter/Regulator with OSHA compliant lockout/tagout
  • Coalescing air filter
  • One 90 degree saw assembly equipped with a 12 HP motor and 36” carbide tipped saw blade
  • Saw carriage rides on precision ground rails and linear bearings
  • Saws are pneumatically activated by Air/Oil cylinders
