Featuring a hydraulic unit, servo-controlled in-feed, and a range of interchangeable fabrication modules, the UCFM adapts to your changing production needs. Materials are cut to exact length, machined to specification, and—when networked—can process files directly from your design system for seamless workflow integration.

Use Cases of the UCFM 1000
High volume, cut to length parts that have multiple fabrications, typically done via punching. The UCFM automates this and can be configured to apply fabrications to any side of the part and also use multipe tracks for high volume production. This will typically replace manual cutting steps that are then passed to a die or drill stations for fabrications. Most of the applications we have done on this product are for relatively small, high volume, aluminum parts.
