Description

Sirio ProCut: the automated version

The Sirio ProCut is the Sirio saw paired with a servo-controlled infeed pusher and light curtain guarding. Same cutting head, same extreme-angle capability — but the machine now runs a full stick without an operator positioning every part.

Sirio vs Sirio ProCut

  Sirio Sirio ProCut
Material positioning Operator loads and positions each part Servo pusher indexes every cut
Running a full stick Operator-paced, stops between parts Runs a complete stick without interruption
Stick-to-stick Manual reload Optional auto loader moves straight into the next stick
Guarding Standard Light curtain guarded infeed — load safely while running
Tail-end recovery Not available Enables JMCSaw Batch Look Ahead and Smart Pusher
Kerf recovery Saw design only Saw design plus pusher push-pull movement logic

The Sirio cannot be field-upgraded to a ProCut later — the pusher, servo control and guarding are designed in, not added on.

Key Benefits of the Sirio Procut

  • Wide-Angle Versatility — Handles a broad range of cutting angles, from –22.5° to 157.5°, ideal for complex or specialty fabrication.
  • Fast Setup for Common Angles — Pneumatic presets for 45°, 90°, and 135° cuts accelerate production changeovers.
  • Fine-Tuned Flexibility — Manual single-stop adjustments deliver precise control for custom intermediate angles.
  • Enhanced Operator Safety — Two-hand safety controls and a full-area safety hood with viewing window protect operators during use.
  • Robust Construction — Built for heavy-duty operation with an ergonomic working height and durable powder-coated steel frame.
  • Stable Precision — Consistent cycle times and tight fabrication tolerances ensure reliable accuracy.
