jCNC Processor
5 Axis, Multi tracks and a straight cut saw. The jCNC is a swiss army knife for high speed, flexible part fabrication. Featuring configurable infeeds in either single or multi track configurations, the jCNC also has a 5 axis head with an 8 tool changer that can span a 36″ working area along X and a 16″ Y with a 10″ Z. Using aggregate heads, this enables access to all sides of an extrusion for fabrication. Servo controlled clamps reposition automatically during fabrication and a dedicated 90 degree cut off saw enables high speed, CNC driven part processing.
