J-Clean Single Head Cleaner
The J-Clean Single Head Cleaner is an automated CNC corner cleaner built around one cleaning head rather than two. Because there is no second head fixing the spacing, the machine is not constrained by profile size, which makes it well suited to large frames, tall extrusions and geometric shapes — arched, angled and trapezoidal corners that a dual-head cleaner cannot reach.
The head runs on profile rails and bearings with servo-controlled positioning, holding cleaning dimensions consistently from the first part of a run to the last. A sheet metal enclosure with viewing windows keeps the operator clear of the tooling while leaving the work visible.
Beyond window and door production, the control can be programmed to clean non-window extrusions — architectural grilles among them — making it a practical choice for fabricators running mixed or short-run work alongside standard frame and sash.
