Description
jCNC PHOENIX
The jCNC PHOENIX is a high-precision CNC machining center with a 3-axis tooling head plus a servo-driven rotating work bed, providing a total of 4 controlled axes. Built on a solid electro-welded steel frame for maximum stability, it is designed for precision processing of aluminum, PVC, light alloys, and other extrusions. The rotating bench pivots to 90°, 0°, and -90° for multi-side machining without repositioning the profile, increasing efficiency and accuracy. Controlled by a Siemens industrial PC running dedicated software with a Windows interface, the PHOENIX offers intuitive programming, CAD/CAM integration, and optional pendulum working for continuous production. An automatic tool changer with 7 positions (optional 10) supports flexible fabrication, while four adjustable clamps secure workpieces of varying lengths, including bars longer than the machine itself.
Key Benefits of the jCNC PHOENIX
- 4-Axis Capability — 3-axis tooling plus a servo-controlled rotating bed for multi-side machining without repositioning.
- Solid, Rigid Construction — Electro-welded steel frame minimizes vibration and ensures long-term accuracy.
- Automatic Tool Change — 7-position tool changer (optional 10) speeds changeovers and supports complex machining sequences.
- Large Machining Envelope — X-axis lengths of 2500, 3000, or 4000 mm, with capability to machine longer bars.
- Fast Axis Movement — Travels up to 60 m/min on X-axis for efficient throughput.
- Precision Clamping — 4 adjustable clamps hold work securely, with options for automatic clamp displacement.
- User-Friendly Interface — Siemens controls with dedicated software and Windows interface.
- Flexible Production — Optional pendulum mode for continuous, alternating work zone operation.
- Optional High-Speed Spindle — Inverter option boosts spindle speed from 12,000 to 18,000 rpm for fine finishing.
- Optional Window Production Integration – software to make bringing in production files from popular window ERP systems like fenevision and tooling macros to allow operators to run the machine with zero technical input
