SC-90
The SC-90 is an automated straight-cut saw built for accuracy, durability, and flexibility in extrusion processing. Available with an optional servo-controlled in-feed, the SC-90 can be paired with the Joseph jStop Computerized End Stop to deliver highly repeatable length positioning without the need for a full pusher system—ideal for applications requiring precise, fast single-head cuts. The SC-90 PLUS version accommodates larger blades up to 34″ (optional up to 36″) for cutting oversized profiles. Cut files can be manually entered, loaded via USB, or downloaded via network connection. Designed for operator comfort and long-term performance, it features an ergonomic working height, heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame, removable chip tray with vacuum port, and OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout.
