Description
CGM-QC
The Joseph CGM-QC is a high-efficiency grid bar cutting and notching system engineered for precision fabrication of muntin bars, screen frames, and other die-cut profile types. Equipped with a servo-controlled in-feed and an automated straight-cut saw, the CGM-QC ensures consistent part lengths and high-quality notching. An optional die module further expands its fabrication capability, while the JMC Grid Maker graphical interface automatically calculates cut lengths and notching patterns based on the entered window dimensions and grid light layout—streamlining setup and eliminating manual measurement errors. Quick-change fixtures and die modules allow the CGM-QC to handle multiple grid profile types and other multi-track, die-cut extrusion designs, making it an adaptable platform for a wide range of applications beyond grid bars. With the ability to process up to 5 material tracks per fixture and lineal capacities up to 16 feet, it delivers unmatched throughput and flexibility for both dedicated grid production and mixed-profile fabrication environments.
