The JMC Help Desk is what customer care is all about.

JMC has put together a support system that can truly help the customer get back in operation quickly and with little or no cost in the event of a machine issue.

The majority of issues can be solved over the phone. The help desk department utilizes its full scale test lab to quickly work through issues with our customers. We also have the ability to remotely log into our Windows based equipment to make changes or diagnose issues.

During normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET) you can reach the help desk by calling the main office line at (717) 432-3442. Just ask for the help desk and you will be connected.

For issues that arise after hours and weekends we have a 24-hour help desk system in place. Simply call our main line and the after hours message will prompt you to dial extension 307. This extension will transfer you to an operator at our call center that will take your information. The call center will then contact the on-call help desk technician and notify them to give you a call back.
